About the Project

Al Saam designed and implemented a fully integrated automation and security system for a modern residential complex comprising over 120 residential units. The project included sliding and swing gate automation, high-definition CCTV surveillance, biometric and card-based access control, and an addressable fire alarm system connected to a centralized monitoring platform.

All systems were integrated through a unified smart network, enabling full monitoring and control from a single dashboard or mobile devices, significantly enhancing security, operational efficiency, and reducing manual intervention.
